We build the box, not just the parts
A craft kit only sells if the box makes sense on a shelf: the right components, the right price, and instructions a nine-year-old can follow. That is the part we spend our time on.
Who we are
Ningbo Oricraft Foreign Trade Co., Ltd is an exporter based in Xiaogang, Ningbo — one of the busiest port districts in eastern China. We have been trading since 2020, working with a small team of five to ten people covering sourcing, sampling, quality control and export documentation.
Our range is focused on one thing: complete DIY activity sets. Tie-dye studios, nail art boxes, jewellery makers, bracelet looms, scrunchie makers, light jars, bath bombs and confetti machines. Every item is sold as a finished kit rather than a loose component, because that is what gift, toy and stationery buyers actually put on a shelf.
What we do differently
Most trading companies quote from a catalogue photo. We build the kit first. When you send a reference — a marketplace listing, a competitor's box, a rough sketch — we assemble a pre-production sample with the actual components, packaging and instruction sheet, then photograph it before it ships. You approve the sample, and mass production follows that sample exactly.
Before shipment, a final inspection checks kit completeness, print quality and packing condition. Missing pieces are the number one complaint in this category, so counting happens twice.
Where our goods go
Our export mix is weighted towards Europe and the Americas: Western Europe around 30%, Northern Europe around 20%, Southern Europe about 10%, and a further 30% split between North, Central and South America, with Eastern Europe making up the balance. Buyers are typically gift and toy wholesalers, online sellers and retail chains adding an own-label activity range.
How we trade
We quote on EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF and CIP terms, and can also ship by express for sample and trial quantities. Payment is by T/T in USD, EUR, HKD or CNY. If you are testing a new line, start with a sample and a small trial order — most of our repeat customers began that way.

Every kit is counted against the approved bill of materials — beads, bottles, tools, charms, instruction sheet.
Print & colour
Box print, label position and colour match checked against the approved sample under daylight.
Function test
Powered items — dryers, beaders, spin stations, confetti machines — are switched on and run before packing.
Packing & drop
Carton configuration, inner protection and a drop check on the finished export carton.
