The five glitter pens are the application method: draw the outline from the stencil, fill it in, then press gems into the wet glitter. No sponge, no water bowl, no waiting.
Because the design is drawn rather than transferred, sheet count matters less than stencil variety — three sheets and one stencil give the buyer a large number of combinations from a very light box.
