Who we are

This site is operated by Ningbo Oricraft Foreign Trade Co., Ltd, #1 Yaoshu District, Xiaogang, Ningbo 315823, China. For any question about this policy or about your data, write to cherry@nboricraft.com.

What we collect

• What you type into the enquiry form — your name, company, email address, country, the product family you are interested in, the quantity you estimate, and your message. The form does not ask for anything else, and it does not ask you to create an account.
• Technical data from our hosting provider — the IP address, browser type and page requested, kept in ordinary server logs for security and troubleshooting.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell or rent data to anyone.

Why we use it

We use your enquiry to answer you: to understand what you are sourcing, to send a quotation and a sample proposal, and to keep a record of what was quoted. Under the GDPR that is processing necessary for pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in running a commercial enquiry process (Article 6(1)(f)). Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

Who processes it for us

• Web3Forms — receives the form submission and forwards it to our mailbox. The submission passes through their servers outside the EEA.
• Cloudflare — hosts and delivers this website (content delivery network and edge servers worldwide), and provides the cookieless page-view measurement described below.
• Tencent Enterprise Mail — the mailbox that receives and stores enquiries.

The typefaces on this site are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not contact Google or any other font service. Each of the providers above processes data under its own terms; where data leaves the EEA, it is covered by the provider's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent transfer mechanism.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and quotations are kept for up to 24 months from our last exchange, so that a repeat order can be priced against what was agreed. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we do so and keep only a record that a deletion request was made.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, or object to our processing. Write to cherry@nboricraft.com and we will answer within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no cookies of its own, and the enquiry form works without cookies. For measurement we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless: it does not set a cookie, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other websites. It records page views, referrer, country and device type in aggregate — enough to know which kits buyers read and where they arrived from, not enough to identify anyone.

If that changes — for example if we add advertising pixels later — this page will say so first, and any cookie-based tool will ask for your consent before it runs.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Substantial changes affecting how we use enquiries already received will be communicated to the address you wrote from.
