What this site is
This website is operated by Ningbo Oricraft Foreign Trade Co., Ltd to describe the craft kits we manufacture and export, and to let buyers contact us. It is an information site, not an online shop: nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and no order is formed by sending the enquiry form.
Product information
Kits are described as accurately as we can, but the specification of any order — components, colours, packaging, carton configuration, artwork and price — is the one written in the quotation and confirmed on the approved pre-production sample. Where this website and a signed quotation differ, the quotation governs.
Photographs show the product as typically supplied. Component colours, packaging and decoration change between production runs, and minor variation is normal in a manufactured kit.
Prices and availability
Prices are quoted per enquiry, in the currency stated on the quotation, and depend on configuration, quantity and trade term. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it; where no period is stated, 30 days from issue. Nothing on this site should be read as a published price list.
Compliance documents
Test reports and declarations are issued for a specific kit and configuration, and are provided on request against a named enquiry. They are not a general statement that every item in our catalogue is certified. See Certifications for what each report covers and where its limits are.
Content and intellectual property
The text, photography, layout and code of this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may view, download and print pages for the purpose of evaluating us as a supplier. You may not republish the content, use our photographs in your own listings, or present our material as your own without written agreement — including the listing images we produce for buyers, which are licensed only under the terms agreed with that buyer.
Product names, brand names and logos of third parties shown on packaging mock-ups remain the property of their owners.

Where we link outside this site, we do not control the destination and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
Liability
We keep this site available and accurate as far as reasonably possible, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from use of the site are subject to the courts of Ningbo, Zhejiang. Terms of sale for actual orders are set out in the quotation and contract for that order, which may provide for arbitration or for another forum.
